Teachers and Classified Staff Development for infant/toddlers and K-12:
Cynthia and Clarissa are both able to provide staff development sessions that will be tailored to your organization's needs. We can provide presentations in two/three hours, full-day, or 1-8 consecutive 1 and 1/2 hour sessions depending on your time constraints. Family Life Coaching:
Parenting is one of the hardest jobs you'll ever have and those beautiful little beings do not come with an instruction book. Parents have little or no training other than what they themselves experienced as a child. Most parents want to be the best parent they can be, but sometimes it's hard, because life gets in the way. Coaching on parenting issues a process which includes identifying concerns, creating goals, an then learning new and usable skills to achieve those goals. The coaching process can help you unlock your own wisdom. Coaching will help you become aware of where you are now, and help guide you to where you want to be. It is an ongoing and safe partnership to help you find balance in your life and assist you in connecting with your children. You will experience growth as a parent and human being.
Cynthia and Clarissa work with leadership teams to identify communication challenges in private organizations, educational institutions, and non-profit organizations. They can help guide the leadership to a more effective communication style that will result in more organizational efficiency and employee job satisfaction.
